Why is my Levven Q Mobile Gateway only visible in the app at home?
Your cloud connection needs to be enabled to access your Q Gateway away from your local Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below while you're locally connected to your Q Gateway:
Tap on the More option on the bottom menu bar
On the Settings page, tap on the System Configuration option
Select your Q Gateway from the list
Under the Info tab, toggle the Cloud Connection Status option.
To confirm your cloud connection:
Close the Levven Controls app
Turn off your phone's Wi-Fi and turn on cellular data
Reopen the Levven Controls app
