Why is my Levven Q Mobile Gateway only visible in the app at home?

Your cloud connection needs to be enabled to access your Q Gateway away from your local Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below while you're locally connected to your Q Gateway:

  1. Tap on the More option on the bottom menu bar

  2. On the Settings page, tap on the System Configuration option

  3. Select your Q Gateway from the list

  4. Under the Info tab, toggle the Cloud Connection Status option.

  5. To confirm your cloud connection:

    • Close the Levven Controls app

    • Turn off your phone's Wi-Fi and turn on cellular data

    • Reopen the Levven Controls app
